ARMotors - Porsche service offer!

DUBAI INVESTMENT PARK, UAE - Nov. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- We are noticing a decline in offers around the UAE. Group buying companies are still successful but have difficulties receiving offers like they did years ago where 50 or 60% offers were standard. In today’s market conditions offers are still on the table and part of a lot of companies’ sales strategy but the percentage has dropped significantly.

We were surprised noticing that one of the most know independent Porsche workshop decided to place an offer for Porsche repairs.

We decided to visit ARMotors and met with Alex Renner, Managing Director

of ARMotors.

The first question, which comes to mind, is why did you place this offer? Alex explained, “ We are not necessarily known for discounting our services. During the summer months we run a small campaign for our other brands Ferrari, Maserati, Aston Martin and Lamborghini, which was very well received. Some of these owners do also drive a Porsche and approached us to make a similar offer for Porsche. We thought about a possible offer and decided to give a 15% discount on labor and 10% discount on parts.”

How was this received? “Well, we send out sms’s and announced the same in our monthly newsletter and on the website. The result was overwhelming. Our workshop is fully booked.”

Was this the reason why you are running this campaign for two months, November and December? “We knew that we will receive an influx of additional repairs but were surprised by the amount of booking we received. The choice of running this campaign for two months was made to give our clients the possibility to bring in their vehicle before or during the seasons break, we did not necessarily anticipate such a high turnout. ”

Are you accepting all Porsche models or are you excluding specific once? “No”, Alex replied, “ we do service and repair all Porsche models. We are not looking at specific Porsche models. We at ARMotors are specialized on all Porsche models with no exception.” Alex continued, “We don’t believe in concentrating within a brand on specific models. We are promoting this policy throughout all the brands we service. ”

Does this mean that ARMotors will not offer any special for the rest of the year?

“Well, for Porsche we are certain that we will not run any further campaigns for this year.  With the other brands or for specific repairs we don’t know as yet.” Alex concluded.
