France Still Suspends Formamide in Toy Puzzle Mats

HONG KONG, China - Oct. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- In August 2013, France published Decree of 1 August 2013 to restrict formamide in toy puzzle mats to no more than 200 mg/kg for a period of 1 year (1).
On 3 October 2014, Decree of 15 September 2014 was published in the Official Journal of the French Republic to extend the temporary suspension of formamide in toy puzzle mats for another year; from 15 September 2014 to 14 August 2015 (2). The limit of no more than 200 mg/kg remains unchanged.
