ABCO Technology must submit a questionnaire outlining a business plan that will result in growth of the business and receive at least 250 votes to be eligible for a grant. ABCO Technology is an accredited information technology vocational school that has been serving the Southern California community by providing diplomas combined with work- simulated hands-on training in the field of Information Technology. In addition, our graduates receive Information Technology certifications and job placement assistance Most of our graduates are individuals from low income families, students with disabilities, and military veterans. Our primary mission is to lower the unemployment rate in the Los Angeles community by assisting unemployed individuals and veterans who are transitioning from military to civilian life by finding fulfilling and gainful employment.is striving to make the best resources and facilities available to our students ensure their learning and career success. We have successfully trained, graduated and placed over 5000 individuals within the Los Angeles community. Our five year plan is to expand our Programs, include Associates and Bachelor Degree programs and add more Locations by expanding to the Orange County and San Diego communities. This grant will primarily assist ABCO in successfully accomplishing our planned goals, said School Director, Mr. Arif Sayed. Through Mission Main Street Grants, Chase will award $3 million to small business across America. All businesses that apply for a grant and meet the eligibility requirements will receive a special offer from Premier Sponsor, Google. In addition, the 20 grant recipients will be eligible to receive a trip to Google for an exclusive small business marketing workshop with Google experts and a Google Chromebook laptop. The 20 grant recipients will be announced in January 2015.
