The proceeds will go to the following: Rachel House Jakarta for the quality of life of poor dying children; Blessed Homes in Mai Sot Thailand to help build another room at this overflowing orphanage; Mosaic’s work Singapore to support girls from at risk homes; B1G1 Africa for clean drinking water; and Willing Hearts Singapore to feed 2700 Singaporeans everyday.
‘Singapore is my adopted home. I’ve lived here since 1999. I wanted to contribute something to the country that has supported me. This art experience explores the New 5Cs: Create, Collaborate, Celebrate, Community and Connect,’ shares native Tasmanian, and long time Singaporean resident Booth Aster.
‘We are opening up the exhibition to the community so that everyone can add their voice to ‘the new 5 Cs. It’s more than words – we are creating the art work ‘the New 5 Cs’ with the pieces that those who come contribute.’
