Students bring home Gold and Silver Medals – ‘Techtonic 2014′ at Rai University, Ahmedabad

AHMEDABAD, India - May 17, 2014 - PRLog -- In a recent activity, students of Rai University, Ahmedabad participated in “Techtonic 2014” event held at Government Engineering College Bharuch, Gujarat, India. The event Techtonic is a National Level Technical Festival that is celebrated to encourage the need of technical experts in India in order to remain abreast with the recent technological advancements.

On 6^th and 7^th March -2014, the event was organized, wherein the students from the Electrical Department (second Semester) participated in two teams. In the first team, the students were Rohan Mehata, Darshit Vekariya, Jaydeep Bhalala and the students in the second group Yash Singh Parmar and Vedant Patel. Our students performed extremely well and brought home Gold and Silver Medals by exhibiting two different projects on technology. The first team presented ‘Zigbee Smart Meter’ and the second team presented ‘Robotic Arm’, which were two different innovations of our students.

We feel extremely proud and wish our students years of success. There sincere efforts and talent has Rai University proud by wining these prestigious gold and silver medal. We congratulate the winners and wish them immense success in all their future endeavors. All the Best!!!
