FlexSystem HRIS Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and FlexWorkflow Seminar

April 8, 2014 - PRLog -- There was over 30 HR and IT professionals for a presentation, Q&A and show-and-tell on FlexSystem HRIS and FlexWorkflow Enterprise Solutions. This seminar was specially designed to help HR practitioners understand how a professional Human Resources Management System simplify and unify HR management.

After coffee, pastries and a welcome by Sales Manager of FlexSystem Ltd, Vincenia LAM depicted the HR challenges associated with the call for better employee welfare in recent years, including the launch of the statutory minimum wage, MPF, and 713 Employment Ordinance Amendment. “To cope with the regulatory pressures, more and more companies explore the benefits of adopting a professional HR system. A professional HR system can dramatically reduce burden of handling repetitive tasks with key benefits such as greater analysis power for better business and workforce planning and minimal risk of manual errors,” LAM said.

It empowers HR professionals easily manage HR onboarding, Leave Application, Performance Appraisal and various other HR operations with minimum IT support.
