Anahata Yoga Launches Its 8th Batch of Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

CENTRAL DISTRICT, Hong Kong - May 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Anahata Yoga launches its 8th Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Course in June 2013. The course is for yoga practitioners who are interested in growing their knowledge of Hatha yoga and developing their techniques in executing various Hatha yoga poses. Our Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is the only Yoga Teacher Training Course in town that is accredited by Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre, India & Yoga Alliance, USA. It is taught by the most qualified, experienced, and professional Indian Yoga Master.

The course is divided into 3 levels, each of which focuses on basic and intermediate poses, their possible modifications and variations, and teaching and demonstration techniques. The aim of the course is to challenge practitioners to advance in their practice by exploring the limits of their body and overcoming them, as well as to develop their knowledge of the body in order to better understand every joint and muscle nuance in the poses. By the end of the course, participants shall be able to demonstrate the wide range of Hatha yoga poses, explain their possible modifications and variations, and demonstrate the steps required to achieve the pose.

About Chief Course Faculty

Master Yogananth Andiappan is known as a pillar of yogic wisdom and techniques from well worth a lifetime of learning. The son of well-renowned Yoga Guru Dr. Asana Andiappan, a figurehead in yoga from India, Yogananth began his yogic journey at the age of 2. Today, he stands among the most accomplished in the field: By age 30, Yogananth has completed both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Yogic Science and Naturopathy from Manonmanian Sundaranar University in Chennai, India. He is currently completing a Ph.D at the Sports University of India, studying the effects of yoga therapy and natural yogic diet on cancer patients, and is Founder and Director of Anahata Yoga in Hong Kong.
