Feb. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Most of those people who want to lose weight always looks on their calorie count, vegetable and fruit diet and meticulous of the serving sizes. However, latest study reveals that time of eating should also be considered as eating foods later in a certain day could be a factor of failure in a person’s weight loss efforts.

The researchers who were mostly Spanish have published this particular study on the Journal of Obesity. They have looked over 400 overweight people from Murcia, Spain. They were divided between men and women and had ages averaging 42. Researchers were to compare the weight loss progress of their subjects. Particularly, they were more interested on the time their participants were eating their meal.

When the study has ended, the researchers have found that those who were eating their meal before 3 pm lost an average of about 22 pounds. Meanwhile, those who munched it after 3 pm only lost 17 pounds, again on average.

The results were astonishing but the researchers have backed this up with a theory just to explain why the results occur. If a person delays his or her meal later in the day, it affects our body’s biological clock which in effect does something on our metabolism.

"When the timing of meals do not match with the sleep-wake cycle well, there's disconnection between the different clocks that we have in basically all the cells of our body," says Frank Scheer, the main author of the study.

Because of this study, people are encouraged to move the schedule of their meal most especially if they want to lose weight. However, people who are already in this field might already be doing this as they also monitor their intake and solve any other problems. Some might even go for liposuction.

“They may want to consider plastic surgery,” say some experts from http://rejuvenatemedical.com/. “Of course, this should be done with proper diet and exercise. These methods will just boost the results up.”

Respectable institutions also believe that those cosmetic procedures can actually solve the irritating pockets of fats on different areas of the body. Plastic surgery can deliver good results. It may have a long recovery period but it will surely lead you to where you want.
