Quick Dry Cleaning Software Workshop Module Relaunched

Jan. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- DC Web Services Pvt Ltd, a software development company, announced the re-launch of the workshop module of Quick Dry Cleaning Software, the award winning software for efficient management of dry cleaning and laundry business.

Quick Dry Cleaning Software is a system to automate all the processes of dry cleaning business. Last year, company introduced a separate module to manage workshop or processing unit to track orders end to end. Keeping true to its agile model of software development, the company launched a new and improved version of the same module.
On the occasion, Rachit Ahuja, from Quick Dry Cleaning Software Company, said “We have always believed in the power of feedback based development. We launched the workshop module, during 2012, to track each single garment that enters the premise of any dry cleaning/laundry store till it is delivered back to the client. The response from the clients has been over whelming so the company took the decision to penetrate deep into the process and now has released an improved version of the module with more functionality. The new module is a result of features and improvements suggested by actual users of the software.”

The new modules support collection of garments through various collections centers and supports multiple workshops. The system keeps a track of the garments and the collections center from which it is received, helps to create delivery notes, enables segregation of garments, create packing stickers and manage the stock in hand.
The company is taking some innovative steps to better manage the dry cleaning industry which is largely an unorganized sector. It is indeed the first attempt by an Indian company to challenge the space occupied by US based software companies.
