becoming more common and one such method is to buy silver Eagles or "junk" silver coins.
On the down side of this strategy, silver Eagles suffer from the need for substantial time to realise the value of the investment when it comes time to sell and premiums paid can often be lost much as can be the case when investors buy physical gold.
"There are other, more effective ways to invest in silver " says Chris Nolan - a Senior Commodity Broker at Qualified FX. "We are putting our clients in call options in silver. I have to say that everyone seems pretty happy with their profits so far and we have a long way to ride on this train."
Chris has been an expert in trading commodities and forex for decades but he specialises mostly in precious metals and is convinced that silver is about to show some extremely strong profits.
Disclosure: Chris Nolan and other members of the Qualified FX brokerage team hold several call options in silver with various expiry dates.
