"Dear Mr. President, Vladimir Putin,
My colleagues and I would like to wish you Happy New Year, and wish you utmost success in 2013!
I am the president of an actively functioning center of theatricalized psychological assistance to students in the accomplishment their full potential in the educational, academic and creative process. The members of my group and I would like to participate in your work with the youth of varying backgrounds in order to preserve the potential of the future of the country you are leading. In this work we want to avoid politics and advertisement. We would be grateful if you entrusted and supported us with this work in your country and supplied its practical implementation."

Motivation for this letter was an outcome of the following.

We were completely astounded by the Paralympics, 2012 in England. We felt that it demonstrated a profound respect towards the mind and the spirit of an individual in today’s society and that our civilization now is capable of supporting an identity, supplying one with technical and scientific means necessary for it's realization and fulfillment. Spirit, creativity and intellect were placed on a pedestal. If youth today has a physical imperfection, we simply need to invest more means into the realization of that youth. And it’s not a miracle if we preserve a genius.
In cases when an individual is physically healthy but carries features genetically defined (for example non-traditional sexual orientation)
an identity with its development may experience complex challenges for the liquidation of which one requires additional medico-psychological and social cooperation.
Prime Minister of England, David Cameron has declared that the government will assist in the development of youth because they determine the future of the country.
Our group feels that today, we are a part of the phenomenon of globalization. Young man or woman in another part of the world of any nationality is also an individual of the whole planet and its future.

Besides, we shouldn’t disregard that Russia is the country of origin for many of us.

We think that sometimes inner politics of a country, the government neglects the interests of different layers of the society. Particularly this pertains the youth with non-standard characteristics. In these cases, our work is vital.
