Caribbean Buffet Nights at Petite Anse Hotel, Grenada : Showcasing Caribbean Island Dishes

Nov. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Petite Anse Hotel, Grenada is inviting tourists and Grenada residents to their new twice monthly Caribbean buffet and music nights. The first event will take place on Saturday 1st December 2012, starting at 7pm.

The evening events will feature a series of different menus, each offering a wide range of the best dishes from across the Caribbean islands. Known for growing their own produce, or sourcing from local farmers, the restaurant is run by chef Royston ‘Max’ Maxwell whose culinary skills are extensive. The buffet will offer dishes ranging from pumpkin soup to salt fish to breadfruit to homemade ice cream.

A variety of Caribbean music will be played in the background. Guests will also receive a complimentary cocktail that can be enjoyed from the terrace, overlooking the Caribbean Sea all the way to the Grenadines.

The hotel was built by the owners, Annie and Philip Clift who had a vision for a unique hideaway hotel that made the best of the natural features and lush flora. The restaurant is built on a pinnacle of land  that has marvellous sea view to the islands. The cottages are built so that each one has a view of the sea and the islands.  

The Prime Minister of Grenada, the Right Honourable Mr Tiltman Thomas, opened the hotel in 2009. Over the following three years, the friendly staff have made a very positive impression on guests who have rated the hotel highly in the respected online hotel review site, TripAdvisor. Two awards have also been given by TripAdvisor to Petite Anse.

Located in the north of Grenada, also known as the ‘Spice Isle’ - Petite Anse Hotel is known for its good hospitality, great food and unique natural setting.
