Oct. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- The sale of Fáilte Tours to Dualway has concluded and Dualway are now the new owners of Fáilte Tours. Fáilte Tours was set up in 2007 by GOEGI, whose primary business is Web Design and Social Media Marketing. Fáilte Tours have grown strongly over the last five years and have become the "Students' Choice" for day tours around Ireland. Fáilte Tours have been offering day tours to the Giant's Causeway, the Aran Islands, the Cliffs of Moher and to Connemara, just to name a few of the tours which they operated.

GOEGI have decided to concentrate on their core business in Web Design and Social Media Marketing and as a result they began looking for a suitable purchaser and entered talks with various companies. After many discussions with Dualway, it was decided that Fáilte Tours would be sold to Dualway, as this would be the best long term opportunity for Failte Tours to continue within the Tourism Sector in Ireland.

Dualway has expanded slowly over three decades into a family run transport and sightseeing operation which has been guided by the motto "We care how you get there by going the extra mile".
Dualway have been established for over 30 years and gained valuable experience in the tours and transportation industry so you can be assured that Fáilte Tours will grow with  experience and know-how, now they are part of the Dualway Group.  Dualway are a multi award winning company that has recently been awarded the Business Excellence award from Failte Ireland as well as Coach Operator of the year 2011 and City Sightseeing Operator of the year 2011. This will help Fáilte Tours to grow even further as a brand and GOEGI look forward to the future where they hope to see Fáilte Tours as a national brand here in Ireland.

In 2000 Dualway became a founding member of City Sightseeing, the now global sightseeing brand, so we can look forward to seeing great things happen for Fáilte Tours, now that the company is in the ownership of Dualway.

In 2004, Dualway became the first transport/sightseeing operator to participate in Failte Ireland's Service Excellence Programme (Optimus) traditionally a hospitality excellence programme. Since 2004 Dualway has received four Service Excellence Awards from Failte Ireland, recognising its ongoing commitment to customer service excellence. In 2007 The Group was recognised for innovation when it was awarded the Dublin Tourism Business Award in the Tourism/Transport sector for being the first operator to introduce a multilingual tour to Dublin. In July 2010 The Group became the first transport operator or Irish attraction to receive the Optimus Mark of Excellence from Failte Ireland, an award that is linked with the EFQM.

Since 2004 the Group has remained committed to the systematic rejuvenation of its executive coaches and tour vehicles; the provision of state of the art user friendly multilingual technology; ongoing staff training to ensure customer service excellence; and R&D. Looking to the future, Dualway is working towards becoming an employer of choice, a low emissions operator and a Best Practice organisation and more now that they have purchased Fáilte Tours.
