Simpson who is the President and CEO of a midsized human resource firm based in Hong Kong was elected to Eden Management Partners Board of Directors on October 8th 2012 following the company’s third quarter board meeting of the executive committee.

The appointment of Simpson expands Eden Management Partners  Board of Directors to 10 members, including now 4 independent directors, the board also includes Eden Management Partners Stephane Bastiat co founder, CEO and Chairman of the board, as well as George Blundell, co founder , managing director and director of corporate structuring and management. The board also includes 4 more members of Eden Management Partners senior management.

Simpson, 53, joined the Human Resource firm which deals on a daily basis with payroll and human resource services for small and medium-sized businesses, as President and CEO in July 2005. Prior to that and before moving to Asia, he served as President and CEO of Diamond Designs, Inc., an information management software company based in Denver, from October 2002 through March 2005. From 1976 to 2002, Simpson worked for various Corporations in many roles including sales, marketing and executive management positions. Simpson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He speaks 3 languages fluently and is currently studying at Hong Kong University in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
