Joe Spencer, SEO Consultant at Spencer e-Strategies, started his e-commerce career in the USA in 1995 working with brands such as Disney and HP. He gained a wide range of experiences with user interface design, web development and search engine marketing while leading international online marketing projects for Philips.com and TomTom.com.During 2007 he began focusing on SEO projects and has achieved top ranking results for many leading e-commerce companies within Switzerland.
Lucia Yapi, SEA Consultant at Yapi Web, gained her first online marketing experience in 2002 building a start-up in the international advertising industry in Paris.After joining an IT and web consultancy in Geneva to increase her web business expertise, she was headhunted by Google, where she worked as a key account manager in Switzerland for three years. During this time she successfully consulted with, advised and trained staff of many leading companies and agencies in how to efficiently set up, analyse and optimize international and multilingual AdWords campaigns.Since 2010, she has been managing multiple SEM projects at Migros, applying her SEA experience in major e-commerce branches such as retail and travel.
