The Real Farmville! Manage Your Own Coffee, Online. Reconnect To The Source With A Micro-Farm.

Ever wondered, what 'stuff' is added to big store coffee? Where it comes from? How it gets from plant to cup? Control an annual farm plot in Costa Rica, making key decisions. Upon harvest we roast, private label, and ship your small batch coffee.

PRLog - Aug. 13, 2012 - JACO, Costa Rica -- Mycostaricafarm.com allows you to manage your own farm plot, regaining control over what you're consuming. For example, if there's a bug infestation how do you want to treat? What kind of intercropping might you add, such as spice plants or orange trees for more robust flavor? Shall we blend with another farm for a more complex taste?

For many of us, our hectic urban lifestyle leaves us no choice but to accept whatever's in the store, as good healthy organic coffee. Don't just take what they give you, put the control back into your own hands.

Simply choose a plot, make ongoing choices based on pictures and detailed analysis, send us a jpg/photo for your packaging, and Walaa! You receive privately-labeled, small batch coffee you helped create. Annual plot "ownership", harvest set for October of next year.

Imagine your clients, friends and family enjoying your private label brew, knowing you managed it from plant to cup.

There will be a competition for best plot, best yields and so forth. Guaranteed at least 10 pounds per 50 square meter plot (538 square feet). Starting at $180 including shipping.

Grown exlusively at Naturewalk, a 1,000+ acre eco-resort in central pacific Costa Rica. The volcanic soil and ideal climate, produces a cup of coffee with excellent characteristics and a chocolaty flavor. At 1,500 ft elevation the rich red andisol soil has above average content of organic material and good texture, providing strength to the coffee plant. Acidity: high and very fine, Body: very good, Aroma: very good

Various tours of Costa Rica now available on our wesite. Future offerings include "Guest Farming". As we develop facilities we'll offer 1 week farm visits- take time to enjoy the silence, the gorgeous long range views, the simple joy of getting your hands dirty.
