The clinic, Mind vs Target, is hosted by the Dartmouth Clay Target Association. It teaches athletes the SportExcel System that ensures an athlete's best performances become the norm.
It is currently being used by hundreds of clay target shooters and other athletes across North America, Europe and now Australia, including an Olympic gold medalist.
Paul Giambrone III, 12 time world-champion has trained in the SportExcel system. He says, "Since working with Bob late last year, not only have we made improvements to my mental game, but I also have a much better understanding of the Zone."
The one-day, hands-on clinic will give athletes the mental tools that are critical for winning, with NO psychology involved. The System teaches athletes to fix distractions, instil leadership, build new skills quickly, remove memories of losses and mistakes and stay pumped when it counts.
The clinic will be held at the Dartmouth Clay Target Association location at 2500 Cow Bay Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is open to athletes of any level (and any sport), as long as they have a desire to win. The cost to attend is $ 250.00 CAD + tax.
