Ipsos has been operating in MENA since 1988, and currently has more than 850 full-time staff.

The launch was very timely as Ipsos finds the demand for market research on the increase as Qatari companies seek to assess new frontiers to grow their businesses beyond its current size and expand into new markets. Ipsos’ success in Qatar has already been established through many big projects conducted earlier in the year to important clients. This success encouraged Ipsos to set up a joint venture with Darwish Holding and open its first office in Doha, headed by Elie Nawar, Ipsos Qatar Managing Director. As Qatar economic growth continues unabated, Ipsos’ presence there will help companies expand globally at a quick pace by providing them with vital market intelligence on new markets.
