Danube opens new retail showroom in Muscat

Conveniently located along Ruwi’s Honda Road wholesale and retail section for building materials, the new Danube showroom measures at around 45,000 square feet, the newly opened branch showcases the latest collection of luxury sanitaryware, Ceramic tiles, chandeliers, Wallpapers, Lawn & Garden accessories, hardware, home decor & range of other building materials.

The Ventures report states that mixed use, airports and hotel buildings are the three most active sectors in the Sultanate of Oman, with mixed use making up 30 per cent of the total budgets. Oman’s construction industry is forecasted to grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.8 per cent starting from 2010 to 2014, with the government being projected to spend around USD 10 billion on construction and infrastructure, which are to be completed by 2015.
