International Film and Television Club (IFTC) along with Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) have decided to go ahead with the 5th International festival of Mobile Cinema at Marwah Studios in the third week of January 2012
The purpose of this two days festival is to unleash the creative spark of the participants by using non traditional means of technology like the Cell Phone and create both motion and still imagery. The festival has slot for seminar, workshop by known film makers followed by Gala networking lunches and dinners
All the entries to be created by using a mobile phone. The entries should be original and not infringe on any copy right law. All works to be either uploaded on batchbuzz.com or the body of work can be sent on CD at the festival office at AAFT, Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida. The last date of registration is 18th-Jan-2012. The video length should be 3 minutes maximum.
”The film entries received from various countries will be judged by an international jury in New Delhi and the result for the 9 winner in three categories of the Cell Phone Cinema festival will be announced later” informed Sandeep Marwah President of the Festival.
