Integrated HRMS with Employee Self Service
Kallos Solutions Pvt. Limited, the Chennai based software product and solutions company, has released the next version of its cloud ready HRMS software. The main emphasis of this version 4.1 is to make it among the most powerful and friendly employee self service driven HRMS for mid and small sized organizations. Many powerful features have been added for the Employee as well as for the Integrated HRMS product. The employee can perform all the HR and administration services without visiting the HR function, or meeting the supervisor e.g. apply for leave, submit responses for appraisals, make claims, view payslips, modify profiles etc.
These services are integrated to a powerful HRMS product used by the HR function covering areas like Employee Life Cycle Management, Leave, Time, Attendance, Payroll, Loans & Advances, Performance Appraisal, HR Administration, Claims etc. Both are linked using a powerful approval workflow automating the entire activity in real time. Based on the reporting relationships requests, approvals and updates of HR records occur in real time.
The version is available on the Cloud on a SaaS (Software as a Service model) well as for in premise use in organizations using its own servers, or its own private clouds.
