Article About Kazakhstan Won at the WTM 2011 Silk Road Challenge

Nov. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- The Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the International Tourism Fair «WTM2011» from 7 to 10 November, 2011, in London (UK).
During this event, November 9, the delegation of Kazakhstan participated in the competition for bloggers organized by UNWTO and WTM dedicated to the Silk Road - «Silk Road Challenge». The purpose of this competition was to create the best travel blog on the Silk Road.

         Kazakhstan tour operators had chance to advertise their tourist destinations to the world's leading bloggers on Travel and Tourism. Bloggers of the competition tasted the national cuisine of the country, became familiar with the masters work of felt crafts, souvenirs with the theme of the Silk Road, the national clothes, and listened to music in Kazakh national style performed by artists of the Presidential Orchestra of the Republican Guard.
