The dictionary has been designed in a unique manner explaining legal meaning of the key terms with reference to relevant sections and rules, illustrations, case-laws wherever applicable. The dictionary not only explains the key terms used in the Indian Patents Act but also lists the differences between closely related terms such as inventor vs application, patent vs patent application etc.
