Bio World 2011 - Shaping the Future of China's Biopharmaceutical Industry

Ltd. announced plans to acquire an 80 percent stake in Singapore's A-Bio Pharma Pte Ltd. for US$7.36 million, marking Luye's entrance into the biologics business, headed by CEO of A-Bio, Steven Lee.
