The government of India is virtually unmatched when it comes to addressing the housing needs of its people. GHA wants to work closely with the government of India along with the private sector of developers and contractors in India, to maximize this building technology created by ISS. Schools, hospitals, apartments, shopping centers, and motels can be built using ISS technology. Bob Koger,founder and chief architect of ISS stated, "With ISS building technology and joining the efforts with the pride of India , the housing landscape in India will be changed in a few short years. Imagine, technology that can build multiple structures in hours versus months!", exclaimed Koger. "Homes, schools, and hospitals are now achievable with this technology," GHA proclaimed that developers and contractors in India will be excited to partake in this building technology because the ability to produce a unit with structural integrity, where production costs are effective and efficient, and where volume can be produced far greater than traditional labor intensive construction. "We will be offering licensing agreements of the ISS building technology to targeted developers, that we have identified in having the ability and track record to maximize the success of the project for years to come for the good of India," Griffin stated. "A franchising type foundation will be used and initially we will license 15 regions in India to be the showcase to the world, of this innovative creation by ISS." The 15 regions announced by GHA will be Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmadabad, Kanpur, Surat, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Dhanbad, and Indore. Bobby Wilkes of Wilkes Consulting Group stated, "I have watched with great admiration for over twenty years, Bob Koger work with conviction and diligence to perfect this building technology, to share with the world for the enhancement of humanity. His resume as a world-renowned architect speaks for itself. This technology will be a world changer!"
