Public Notice by closer2patents – Patent Pending for 2nd invention – Inventor: Gurudatt Shenoy

May 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Our Client Mr. Gurudatt Shenoy is the proprietor and applicant for the patent application in respect of ‘Systems and Methods for device based secure access control using encryption’, in India under patent application no. ‘1545/MUM/2011’ filed on May 20, 2011 which is the priority date for this application for this invention. The invention is already being used and is proposed to being used in future by Mr. Gurudatt Shenoy commercially, by software products including products with the brand name of MyCloudKey(TM) among others.

Please note that any patent filed after our priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application discloses ‘Systems and methods for ensuring and enabling secure access to one or more virtual locations or virtual data, using a combination of at least two devices, comprising of at least one authenticating device and at least one secondary device, to generate an encrypted authentication code using a unique device based encryption system and method. ’

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as Criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.
