No Building Commitment At Galena Shores

We want our owners to have the flexibility to build when they want. The Building Design Guidelines remain and there are trailer restrictions. Galena Shores is a 60 lot single family residential development on Upper Arrow Lake in the spectacular Kootenays with 31 waterfront lots and 29 view lots.  The property has close to a kilometer of waterfront and is on 141 acres of pristine land.  Only 7 of the waterfront lots are still available.  Only 5 view lots are being sold in this Phase 1.
