| i-Citymall.com Filed RM1.6 Million Lawsuit Against a Malaysian BloggerMalaysian blogger allegedly slandering NextCom Studio Technologies with false accusations in his statements concerning the company being untrusted, the website as a scam, and that their products are counterfeited.

Many of Malaysian customers were quite surprised when contacted by NextCom Studio Technologies to provide their written testimonials to be handed as a proof & witness on behalf of the company to support its lawsuit against false allegation made by the blogger. The company is filing RM1.6 million lawsuits on the blogger, and RM8.2 million lawsuits against a forum administrator in a separate charge for publishing the humiliating false allegations and defamation of the company's business practice . According to the lawsuit, the false and defamatory information includes the following: a. Claims that the search engine giant Google has banned and is banning from its search engine listings websites of i-Citymall.com clients because of the search engine optimization strategies used by Plaintiff. b. Claims that i-Citymall.com is selling Apple products at cheap price c. Claims that Plaintiff has started several new businesses under different names to hide its identity; d. Claims that two new businesses started by Plaintiff are under investigation by several agencies; e. Claims that and/or innuendo that Plaintiff is engaged in extortion of its clients because of the techniques used by Plaintiff in optimizing search engine listings; f. Claims that Plaintiff's business constitutes a scam and that clients of Plaintiff are "victims;" g. Claims that Plaintiff stole from defendants; h. Claims that the business practices of Plaintiff constituted some kind of actionable violation of the rights of its clients and that the filing of a class action lawsuit against Plaintiff by its clients was imminent; and i. Claims that Plaintiff is offering fake products and misleading information about the products. The owner of the forum website may also be sued for comments posted to his site by readers.
