Spectral DNC Updated to the New Formulation

Because of this improved delivery method, we have reduced the amount of Minoxidil in Spectral DNC by a negligible amount of 0.5% without decreasing effectiveness. Also, due to this change, DNC is now a bit lighter in color and has a somewhat different scent.
