Finally the perfect way to spend your Saturday. Free entrance and pool access at MDEK in Media One Hotel. Outdoor fitness classes for all levels, programs being offered BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK, and BODYBALANCE. Bring clothes, shoes, sunscreen, and swimsuit. The afternoon will kick off with an hour and a half of fitness, followed by poolside brunch from 3.00-6.00.
