March 26, 2011 - PRLog -- The S-shaped Vietnam consists of three regions: the large delta regions in the north and the south and the long and narrow Central Vietnam in between.

There are three sub-regions in the Central Vietnam: the Northern Central, the Central Highlands and the Southern Central.

The Northern Central includes the mountains in the west and shares borderline with Laos. This sub-region run from Thanh Hoa to Hue.

The Central Highlands, including Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong and Lam Dong, lies in the west and western south of the Central which share borderlines with both Laos and Cambodia.
