This drastically improves the end- user experience by eliminating time-consuming phone calls from users asking for help, or the need to follow step-by-step instructions to enter a PIN.

   * Intelligent Routing: When a session is set up with the end-user and Support Technician on the same network, MobiAssist intelligently by-passes the cloud-based server and communicates locally. This dramatically increases the response times while lowering costs on the same network, and optimizing network communication.

   * 1ClickLaunch: Using MobiAssist’s On-Demand Access, users can install and connect by clicking on a simple URL on the device. This feature simplifies the steps that an end- user would need to take when launching a session on a device.

   * Business Intelligence Reporting: The Administrative Web Site has been updated with customer feedback including additional reports, session details, hotline management and much more.

   * Further improvements to SOTI’s existing technology include enhanced remote control for increased performance on low bandwidth connections.
