Magisters represented DCH Holding in the sale of Ukrainian Ukrsibbank shares to BNP Paribas Group

Magisters, a leading CIS law firm, jointly with the international law firm Slaughter and May, acted as legal advisor to DCH Holding in an agreement with the French banking group BNP Paribas to sell 18.57% of the Ukrsibbank (Ukraine) shares.

Dec. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- As a result of the stake sale by DCH, the group controlled by Ukrainian businessman Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy, BNP Paribas became the owner of 99.99% of shares of Ukrsibbank. Agreement on the sale of shares was signed on December 2, 2010.

DCH is one of the largest Ukrainian business groups whose assets represent diverse industries, including building development companies, financial institutions and others. Alexander Yaroslavsky also owns Metalist football club (Kharkiv, Ukraine).

BNP Paribas - a European leader in global financial services and one of the six largest banks in the world, according to international rating agency Standard & Poor's.
