DeFundIt.Org Supporters Sending Obamacare Anniversary Cards To "Dr. Obama"

Sept. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Supporters of DeFundIt.org, an organization advocating for the de-funding of ObamaCare are marking the six month anniversary of ObamaCare by sending electronic greeting cards to the President.  The card, available at http://defundit.org/obamacard/, will be sent in masse to the White House at the end of the month.


On March, 23, 2010, despite overwhelming public opposition, The President signed the American's Affordable Health Choices Act (ObamaCare) into law.  Since that time, rising insurance premiums and admissions of inevitable rationing have led many more to oppose the legislation.  The message to the President in the card carries that theme by stating:


“Congratulations on your 6th month anniversary as America’s doctor!  We knew you would hike our premiums, prevent Snooki from tanning, destroy our jobs, bend the cost curve upward, reduce our access to care and force us to change our health plans!  You’ve accomplished everything we expected and more, you must be so proud of yourself!  Hope your next six months as our doctor aren’t as destructive for America as the last six months”.


DeFundIt.Org Chairman Alex Cortes stated, “We are expecting the President to receive thousands of these messages from our supporters.  Americans continue to reject ObamaCare because they rightfully demand real reform that won’t strip away their constitutional freedoms and even more precious dollars from their pocketbooks. De-funding is nothing more than the first necessary step to give citizens what they want, repealing and replacing this sham of a law lock, stock, and barrel.”
