Khun Eak is our skillful in-house chef who happily prepares you a sumptuous feast or BBQ in the privacy of your very own luxury Samui beach villa. Before moving to Samui five years ago with his family, Eak worked in Bangkok and around the world…from cruise ships to 5 star restaurants.  We happily celebrate Eak’s 5th year with Samui Beach Village and thank him for all the joy and wonderful memories he has helped create for guests.

Khun Eak, known for both his smiles and his delicious meals, along with your own waiting staff can create the perfect romantic meal, family occasion, celebratory banquets or even deluxe breakfast.

After sitting down with you prior to your meal and discussing all the various options, flavours and styles of food he can prepare for you he will then tailor your menu to your specifications (and spice requirements!) or you can let him choose what is on the menu and be surprised and delighted by his ability to combine traditional Thai flavours for a truly authentic Thai dining experience or a truly unforgettable western meal.

All ingredients are purchased at the local markets and only the freshest of local produce (including some seafood caught off the shores of Samui itself) is selected for your meal.
