Main Characters in Twilight Eclipse
Bella Swan: A teenage girl who moves from Arizona to Washington to live with her father Charlie, and the main character of the Twilight Series. Though half of the boys in her new school end up having the hots for her, Bella falls in love with Edward Cullen, a mysterious character that she discovers later is actually a vampire.

Edward Cullen: Born June 20, 1901 in Chicago but frozen in the body of a 17 year old boy. Edward was "turned" in to a vampire by Dr. Carlisle Cullen when Edward was near death with fever. Edward Cullen has the ability to read the minds of those around him, except for Bella. He refuses to drink human blood, instead drinking the blood of animals, referring to himself as a "vegetarian". Edward falls in love with Bella soon after she arrives in his town. While he is tormented by the fact that he is putting Bella's life in danger just by being around her, he continues to befriend her, eventually falling in love with her.

Jacob Black: Jacob Black is Bella's best childhood friend. Is a Quileute Native American and Bella later finds out that is also a werewolf in Twilight Eclipse. Though only friends at first, Jacob and Bella grow closer after Edward leaves her in Twilight Eclipse.
