Waste Engine Oil Distillation System Without Chemicals

May 15, 2010 - PRLog -- JZC is the latest engine oil regeneration machine. In fact, JZC machine just like a small oil refinery plant, it works under high temperature (80℃ - 580℃), distill the waste engine oil into diesel oil and engine oil by setting different temperature.

Feature
1.Regenerating way is under high temperature distillation (80℃ to 580℃), making oil from liquid state to gaseity state. Different temperature will produce different base oil (mainly diesel base oil and engine base oil)
2. ZC Heating device use the burner which combust fuel. The fuel is from waste oil itself, also this fuel can be the final product from JZC machine (base oil). Due to JZC machine does not use electric heater, It can save much electric power cost by comparing with other company machine.
3. Don’t use any chemicals during the regenerating process, all process is a distillation process. It is low operation cost
4. JZC machine is friendly environment, it produces less sludge, the sludge is purity carbon materials without oil, it can be processed as a carbon toner for printing the raw materials.
