founded in 1930, is one of the biggest and wide ranging specialized institutions of higher education in Russia. The University has been accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK) in 2001.Study and research are carried out at 36 departments staffed with 490 lecturers, among them 49 corresponding members of different Academies of Science of Russia, 60 Professors and DSC, over 350 Readers and PhDs. The majority of the academic staff is the University graduates.The campus of the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering includes 6 study buildings and laboratories, a scientific library with 500,000 books, student halls of residence for 2000 persons, a health center, a recreation sanatorium, and a refectory. Sports center includes 7 halls, 2 shooting galleries, a set of sports grounds, and a summer recreation camp set in attractive countryside, which makes it possible for students to go in for 20 kinds of sport activities.

bases and foundations;
heat and gas supply and ventilation;
thermal physics and molecular physics;
ecology in civil engineering.
Duration of study - 5 years for all the specialties and 6 years for the specialties Architecture, Monumental Decorative Art and Architectural Medium Design after getting a certificate on secondary education.
