MNC Wireless Berhad (“MNC”), a Malaysian based mobile and digital solutions company, is pleased to announce the release of Lord of the Streets (“LotS”), a RPG WAP game that is developed to cater to the mobile social networking community. LotS is tie-in with MNC’s owned mobile social networking site, Mobby.ME.
“With social networking sites continuing to experience huge growth in conversions from Web to mobile, the launch of a WAP game on the mobile social networking platform is truly timely. We expect LotS to create an engaging community where players will keep coming back to enjoy the gameplay,” said Mr Chung Jaan Hao, Chief Executive Officer of MNC on the launch of LotS.
LotS is a crime genre mobile social game that is free to play and is best to experience with other friends on the Mobby.ME community. Players can expect an exciting social networking experience that is filled with action-packed fun and entertainment that is perfect for mobile users. There is an array of features from multiple profiles, questing, player vs player, character leveling and progression in the gameplay.
“The interface is user friendly and complete with attractive graphics. Over the coming months, we will continue to launch new features for LotS in order to further improve the mobile gaming and social networking experience in Mobby.ME,” added Mr Chung.
About Lord of the Streets
LotS feature the story of gangs of escaped criminals on an isolated city that is fighting for territories. Players will enjoy the adventure of fighting their way to become the lord of the streets through working their way up to conquer territories by challenging other players in street fights in order to gain the respect from the Big Boss.
As the LotS name goes, there are nine “Streets” to be mastered in the game and each street has its own unique challenges. To progress further in LotS, players need to earn more experience and money by completing more Jobs/Quests. When players run out of energy and stamina to continue the challenges, they can visit the Black Market to purchase more energy or stamina. To make purchases, players need to have Mobby Coins, the official currency used in LotS which can be bought or earned within Mobby.ME.
