When you're planning or setting your goals, just don't forget that even though it's going to be for long-term, it should still be realistic. Some people always end up frustrated in achieving their so called "goals" because they're actually too impossible to achieve.

In order for you to achieve your long-term goals, you need to remember that the goals you're trying to set are realistic enough for you to achieve. For example in long term goal setting, you would plan to buy a new car and your goal is to pay it in the next 5 years. Don't plan if you can't afford it in the next five years, remember to always keep your option open so that you will really achieve it.

In making long term goals for yourself, like for example, your goal in the next ten years would be to become your Company's Manager or Director. Just don't forget that no matter how long you're going to take before you can reach the top, just always stay on track and even though you're going to face different kinds of obstacles, you need to achieve your long term goals.
