Tibet- Shangri-La, the land of snow is well known as the roof of the World. Tibet is the land of ancient Buddhist culture having awesome landscapes, artistic monasteries and century's old caravan trails. Tibet, the roof of the world lies on a plateau at an average elevation of 4000 m.

These trips follow mainly vehicle-width dirt roads, which may be smooth, gritty, stony, rocky, rutted, loose or hard-packed. The tracks will rise and fall over undulating, hilly and mountainous terrain, but single-track riding will not be included in the main itinerary (optional bits are often possible). Some experience of off-road riding is advisable before booking, but the amount recommended will vary from trip to trip.

Full Board Service includes all permits and entrance fee in Tibet, 4 nights hotel in Kathmandu, all meals in Kathmandu, sightseeing in Kathmandu, all Meals in Tibet, 1 guide who can speak English, 1 mini bus for Lhasa portion, 1 or 2 land cruiser with carrier for out of Lhasa, 1 supporting truck with support team , 5 nights  standard hotel B.B basis( 3 nights in Lhasa, 2 nights Xigatse), all trekking service like as tent, food, cooks, etc, Mountain bike rent, all visas.

Service Excludes all drinks, water, cold drinks, alcoholic drinks during the trip, tips for the staffs, cargo cost from Kathmandu to Lhasa.

CENUK was officially registered as a charity in January 2008. Its purpose is to, “Advance the education of children & young people of Nepal in particular, through the building of Schools and other educational facilities & the provision of educational material, tutors, scholarships & other grants and finally the relief of young people who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress”.
CENUK is governed by seven trustees, assisted by two advisers, including the founder Phil Fluck, Managing Director of skiing holiday company Tyrolean Adventures (www.tyroleanadventures.com).
