William (Bill) Lennon -  Vice President Business Development, North America. William Lennon brings three decades of business development and marketing experience to Overlegen.  He has created successful companies and programs that have delivered significant revenue results with companies including DunnWorth Credit, Credit Progress Corporation, Aceva (SunGard), 9ci, Inc., Federal Express Corporation, Humana Health Systems.

Overlegen is actively building its capabilities in its LPO. In January this year Overlegen had hired two business development resources who have a huge exposure in LPO industry. Bhaskar Kanare joined Overlegen from HCL technologies where he was managing the business development team. Prior to that he had worked in Law Scribe and Intrust Global. Sandeep Agrawal joined Overlegen from Bodhi Global Services, one of the top LPO’s in India. He was managing Bodhi’s business development and helped them get few key accounts.
