Feb. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- N ppeal made via the legal section of the Punjab Kesari (14-02-2010) to Anandeep Singh Chagger for DNA and paternity tests.  What has Anandeep been partaking in over the last year which he admits to making an obscene video violating the Indian IT Act of 2000, to now being requested to submit to paternity testing?  This youth from Phagwara certainly has done some shameful acts.

Leaving no stone unturned to get the message out to Anandeep Singh Chagger, a solicitor from the United Kingdom has placed an advertisement in the classifieds requesting Anandeep Singh Chagger for a paternity test.  shown in the February 14th, 2010 edition of the Punjab Kesari, this advertisement wasn't just any small one; they went all out to make it bold and to be shown for Mr. Chagger to see it as well as the surrounding areas of Punjab as it is also listed in the Amritsar, Jalandhar, Phagwara, Hoshiapur, and Ludhiana editions.

Upon further investigation, we found the ad was placed because Anandeep Singh Chagger, son of Narinder Singh Chagger, resident of Kamboj Khera Masjaid, Phagwara has ignored previous attempts of contact regarding requests for DNA and paternity testings.  The advertisement must be placed to show the court attempts of contact to Mr. Chagger.

Anandeep Singh Chagger and his family are not new to conflict of this sort.  His grandfather, Mehar Singh Chagger (now expired) was much like his grandson, Anandeep.  He fathered daughters out of wedlock with a woman who still lives in Phagwara at number 46 Industrial area, PHAGWARA, Dist. KAPURTHALA 144401.  This is a previous factory owned by the late Mehar Singh Chagger and given to the mistress.  Apparently she has a few pieces of land which the Chaggers are trying to get their hands on as they do not see it right she or her daughters have entitlement to the property even though they are children of the late Mehar Singh Chagger.  Mehar Singh Chagger apparently also married the mistress while he was still married to his wife, who is alive and lives in the same residence with Anandeep Singh Chagger.

Anandeep Singh Chagger has obviously had some sort of physical relations and is running away from the responsibilities.  Requests for DNA and paternity are done based on denial of involvement and to prove to the court and future benefits one would need to receive for upbringing.  Anandeep Singh Chagger could prove he hasn't done anything wrong by taking the tests; however attempts to contact and letters go ignored for these tests.

Anandeep Singh Chagger has admitted to the cyber crime obscenity case, it could be right now that is all he is willing to own up too.  A court dealing with this could make his mind change.

Look for the advertisement in the Punjab Kesari's February 14th, 2010 edition.
