The increased cost of additional SIM cards and contracts can make personal safety and security devices prohibitively expensive. No SIM card or contract is required for Blue Protect as this device pairs with your mobile phone using Bluetooth.
Two versions are available, Blue Protect AMC and Blue Protect Personal edition.
Blue Protect AMC
When activated by either pressing the dedicated SOS Red Alert button or by the integrated Man Down sensor, BlueProtect will transmit an SMS text message containing GPS location and alert type using the persons mobile phone and will also instruct their phone to make a voice call to a preset number. This GPS location information is automatically processed by and Alarm Monitoring Centre (AMC) or by the Personnel Protection System (PPS) provided by Isle Systems.
Blue Protect Personal Edition
When activated by either pressing the dedicated SOS Alert button or by the integrated Personal Man Down tilt sensor, BlueProtect will transmit an SMS text message containing your GPS location in a friendly format and the alert type (SOS or Man Down) to two nominated contacts. It will also force your phone to automatically make a voice call to two other nominated contacts. If the voice calls are not answered, BlueProtect will automatically retry the calls again.
