Can you really lose 20 pounds in 28 days? There may be some who lost this much, but from my experience, some may lose 14 pounds, others 10. It depends on how much you have to lose and if you follow the program exactly.

For the e-book itself, there is close to 500 pages which can be intimidating. But, once you go through it, you’ll find that the first 40 pages are knowledge-type information. The bulk of the book, consisting of about 400 pages, is mainly meal plans and recipes. The reason there’s so many pages is because the authors listed daily meals, such as what and how much you’ll eat on meals 1 though 6 of day 1, up until day 28. Also, there are 28 day plans for different weight groups, so the program adjusts for people 130 pounds to 215+ pounds.

Aside from the specific meal plans, there is also a workout program, which is essential in rapid weight loss diet to prevent muscle loss. It tells you the exact exercises to do each week, including when and how long. There are pictures and descriptions of the exercises in an exercise library section, so you know exactly what to do.

If you are in fairly good shape and are ready to commit to an intense burn fat diet program, then this could be of great value to you. If you are not in the kind of shape required to follow this blueprint, I recommend that you consider starting with a less intense program and building up to Warp Speed Fat Loss.
