Taste All Day Dining Restaurant

Our latest contemporary all day dining restaurant will be serving an enticing Father’s Day Buffet of gourmet international cuisine for lunch and dinner for 1,100 Baht ++ per person.  

On Father’s Day, the wonderful buffet includes slow roasted pineapple and orange baked pork shoulder, and whole snapper baked in salt crust with fragrant Thai herbs from the carvery station. Other dishes include succulent char-grilled beef tenderloin with morel and porcini mushroom ragout, a comforting potato and pear gratin crusted with gruyere cheese, exotic Harissa spiced lamb cutlets with cous cous, and steamed snow fish with a sour tamarind glaze.

Cold dishes include salmon pate with sauce verde, beetroot cured salmon with horseradish mascarpone cream and cress, risoni pasta salad, green olive tapenade dressing, and roasted wild mushroom salad with silken tofu and a miso and sesame dressing.

There’ll also be a fabulous selection of sushi and seafood, an Asian station of dim sum and noodle dishes, cheeses, fresh breads and devilish desserts.

Taste’s exciting new concept features open kitchens allowing for interaction between chef and diner. The dazzling contemporary restaurant serves food that emphasizes freshness and high quality ingredients for a modern health-conscious lifestyle. As much food as possible is cooked ‘a la minute’, and diners can expect authentic flavours and delicious dishes presented with flair and creativity.

Kisso Japanese Restaurant

The Westin Grande Sukhumvit’s multi-award-winning Japanese restaurant will be serving an inspiring Father’s Day Japanese &  Seafood Buffet for 1,250 Baht ++. With the understated beauty characteristic of Japanese design, Kisso makes an ideal choice for an impressive and memorable Father’s Day meal.

The fabulous buffet includes fresh seafood and a wide assortment of garden salads. Diners can choose from grilled black cod with teriyaki sauce, deep-fried Japanese style soft shell crab, boiled river prawns and glass noodles with soya sauce. There is also an extensive range of sushi and sashimi made to order and succulent meats, seafood and vegetables cooked on searing hot teppan grill. A choice of divine dessert complete a special Father’s Day treat.

The fabulous seafood buffet will be served on Father’s Day lunch from 11.30 a.m. – 2.30 p.m.  
Dinner from 6.00 p.m. -10.30 p.m.
