The latest carpet print technology makes it possible to offer custom printed logo mats at a minimum of only 1 piece. Printed on a so called Chromet carpet printer these logo mats can be printed in up to 45 premixed colours.

Chromojet carpet printers have been used for a long time from printing carpets but smaller versions have now made it possible to print small quantities at affordable prices. The small Chromojet carpet print machines mainly print on 200 cm wide material and the length depends on the type of backing that is used to make you custom printed logo mat.

The Logo mats we offer are backed using a proven high quality NBR rubber backing. The NBR rubber backing also makes it possible to wash these type of mats. By washing your logo mats the mat will be cleaned 100%.

For placement inside a mattwell we now offer the option of 3 mm rubber instead of the standard 1.5 mm rubber that is used for logo mats. The 3 mm NBR rubber will make the mat heavier and better suitable for placement inside a matwell.

The rubber backing machine limits the lenght of logo mats to 200 x 750 cm cm but this will be enough for most customers. Smaller sizes are possible and a logo mats made to size programm is available.
