In some cases, however, companies and private customers cannot be exactly sure as to whether the facility really does meet their needs; sometimes they feel that they are unable to express their ideas as clearly as intended. The next step involves the seating arrangements: standard formats are suggested which can then be modified by simply dragging and dropping elements around the room. Then it’s the turn of the technical equipment; this can be chosen and arranged as wished. Using the planning tool is very easy and even inexperienced users are able to plan their function room accordingly with the minimum of fuss. Having completed these few planning steps the user can then add the scheduled dates as well as accommodation and banqueting wishes. The plan can then be sent to the hotel, printed out or saved as a PDF document.
