Stork selects Ezwim Telecom Service Management to streamline telecom processes

Ezwim announced that Stork, a global player in the Aerospace and Technical Services industry, has selected Ezwim’s Telecom Service Management (TSM™) service to streamline and standardize the MACD processes of telecom devices and subscriptions for more than 150 Stork subsidiaries. Stork selected TSM™ because the web-based service allowed them to automate telecom service management across the organization. The workflow solution automates telecom service requests like new devices, subscription changes and incidents (lost phone, broken handset etc.); it will improve task coordination and reduce costs.

Ezwim teamed with service provider partner Micpoint to implement the new service for Stork. TSM™ is fully integrated with Ezwim’s Telecom Expense Management services allowing Stork to have a complete Telecom Management service.
