June 23, 2009 - PRLog -- The Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival is set to launch on July 31-August 2 at Bally’s Casino in Atlantic City. The event will be featuring celebrity chefs such as Emeril Lagasse, Guy Fieri, Tom Colicchio, Ingrid Hoffmann and Philadelphia native- Maria Liberati. Some of the regions finest wineries, restaurants and culinary masters will be showcased over the three day event.

Maria Liberati will be demonstrating her culinary skills alongside some of the biggest names in the food industry. Over the three day festival there will be 20 individual events showcasing the skill and culinary expertise of the chefs involving gourmet pizza, wine tastings, and demonstrations. Guests are encouraged to stroll through The Grand Market tasting food prepared by each chef along with attending the seminars to hone their own skill.

Pre-publications copies of Liberati’s upcoming book, The Basic Art of Italian Cooking: Holidays & Special Events will be available at a special book signing with Maria Liberati in the Italian Pavilion sponsored by the Italian Trade Commission. This event is a great opportunity for attendees to learn culinary skills and get a taste of the best foods and wines.  Join us as we celebrate the launch of Liberati’s second book and the start to her rapidly growing culinary career in the food industry.
